- Sync subscription data from connected email providers

- View spending analytics and trends
- Generate reports for personal financial management
- Export your subscription data
✅ Customize Your Experience
- Set regional and currency preferences
- Configure notification settings
- Organize subscriptions into custom collections
4. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using MoniSub:
4.1 Account Misuse

- Creating accounts with fake, fraudulent, or misleading information
- Impersonating any person, organization, or entity
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
❌ Unauthorized Access
- Accessing another user's account without permission
- Sharing your account credentials with others
- Creating accounts on behalf of others without their consent
- Using stolen or compromised credentials
❌ Multiple Account Abuse
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations, restrictions, or bans
- Using automation to create bulk accounts
- Creating accounts for purposes other than personal subscription tracking
4.2 Content Violations
❌ Malicious Content
- Uploading files containing viruses, malware, trojans, or other harmful code
- Uploading files designed to exploit vulnerabilities or compromise security
- Submitting corrupted or intentionally malformed files
❌ Unauthorized Content
- Uploading receipts, invoices, or documents you do not have the right to upload
- Uploading copyrighted content without permission
- Uploading content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
❌ Fraudulent Data
- Submitting false, fabricated, or fraudulent subscription information
- Intentionally manipulating receipt data or parsing results
- Creating fake subscriptions for deceptive purposes
❌ Illegal Content
- Uploading content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or threatening
- Uploading content that promotes violence, discrimination, or harassment
- Uploading content that violates any applicable laws
4.3 System Abuse and Security Violations
❌ Unauthorized Access Attempts
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or systems
- Probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without prior written authorization
- Attempting to breach security or authentication measures
- Accessing non-public areas of the Service
❌ Reverse Engineering
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service
- Attempting to discover source code, algorithms, or proprietary methods
- Extracting or scraping service catalog data for unauthorized purposes
❌ Service Interference
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service, servers, or networks
- Imposing unreasonable loads on infrastructure (e.g., excessive API calls)
- Launching denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
- Introducing anything that may damage, disable, or impair the Service
❌ Rate Limiting and Abuse
- Circumventing rate limits or access controls
- Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers without authorization
- Making excessive requests that degrade service performance
- Attempting to bypass any security measures or technological restrictions
❌ Exploitation of Vulnerabilities
- Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended features for personal gain
- Failing to report discovered security vulnerabilities responsibly
- Using exploits to gain unauthorized access or privileges
4.4 Third-Party Service Abuse
❌ Email Integration Abuse
- Connecting email accounts you do not own or have permission to access
- Accessing email content beyond subscription-related receipts
- Violating email provider terms of service (Google, Microsoft)
- Using email connections for spam or unauthorized marketing
❌ OAuth Integration Violations
- Abusing Google or Microsoft OAuth connections
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to third-party accounts
- Violating third-party authentication provider terms
❌ AI Service Abuse
- Attempting to manipulate or exploit AI parsing features
- Overwhelming AI services with excessive requests
- Reverse engineering AI models or algorithms
- Using parsing results for unauthorized commercial purposes
4.5 Commercial and Competitive Misuse
❌ Unauthorized Commercial Use
- Using MoniSub for commercial purposes without explicit authorization
- Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the Service
- Offering MoniSub functionality as part of a competing service
❌ Competitive Intelligence
- Using MoniSub to gather competitive intelligence about our service
- Benchmarking or analyzing the Service for competitive purposes
- Copying features, functionality, or design for competing products
❌ Data Harvesting
- Scraping service catalog data for commercial use
- Extracting pricing information for resale or republication
- Mining user-generated content without authorization
4.6 Spam and Abuse
❌ Unsolicited Communications
- Sending spam or unsolicited messages through the Service (if messaging features exist)
- Using the Service to facilitate spam or phishing campaigns
- Harvesting email addresses or user data for marketing purposes
❌ Resource Abuse
- Uploading excessively large files beyond stated limits (10MB per file)
- Creating an excessive number of subscriptions to abuse storage
- Intentionally wasting system resources
4.7 Legal and Regulatory Violations
❌ Illegal Activities
- Using MoniSub for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Facilitating money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes
- Violating export control laws or international trade regulations
- Using the Service in embargoed countries or with prohibited parties
❌ Privacy Violations
- Violating the privacy rights of others
- Collecting or processing others' personal data without consent
- Sharing confidential information without authorization
❌ Intellectual Property Infringement
- Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets
- Using MoniSub branding, logos, or trademarks without permission
- Distributing pirated or counterfeit content
4.8 Manipulation and Deception
❌ Gaming the System
- Manipulating subscription detection or parsing algorithms
- Creating fake receipts to test or exploit parsing features
- Attempting to bias or manipulate service catalog data
❌ Fraudulent Activity
- Engaging in any form of fraud or deception
- Creating fake accounts for fraudulent purposes
- Manipulating subscription data for insurance or tax fraud
5. Reporting Violations
5.1 How to Report
If you become aware of any violations of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report them immediately:

6. Consequences of Violations
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation:

- Opportunity to remedy the situation
6.2 Temporary Suspension
- Temporary suspension of account access (hours to days)
- Restriction of specific features
- Removal of violating content
6.3 Permanent Termination
- Immediate and permanent termination of your account
- Deletion of all account data
- Ban from creating new accounts
- Forfeiture of any paid services (if applicable in the future)
6.4 Legal Action
For serious violations, we may:
- Report illegal activities to law enforcement
- Pursue civil or criminal legal action
- Seek injunctive relief or damages
- Cooperate with authorities in investigations
6.5 Factors Considered
In determining appropriate action, we consider:
- Severity: How serious is the violation?
- Intent: Was it accidental or deliberate?
- Frequency: Is this a first offense or repeated behavior?
- Harm: Did it cause harm to MoniSub, users, or third parties?
- Response: Did the user cooperate and take corrective action?
7. Security Vulnerability Reporting
7.1 Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability in MoniSub, we encourage responsible disclosure:
DO:
- ✅ Report vulnerabilities privately to contact@monisub.com
- ✅ Provide detailed information to help us reproduce and fix the issue
- ✅ Allow reasonable time for us to address the vulnerability before public disclosure
- ✅ Act in good faith and avoid privacy violations or service disruption
DON'T:
- ❌ Publicly disclose vulnerabilities before we've had a chance to fix them
- ❌ Exploit vulnerabilities for personal gain or malicious purposes
- ❌ Access, modify, or delete other users' data
- ❌ Perform actions that could harm the Service or users
7.2 Bug Bounty Program
We may offer rewards for responsibly disclosed security vulnerabilities. Details will be provided separately if a bug bounty program is established.
8. Monitoring and Enforcement

9. Appeals and Disputes

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error:

When using MoniSub, you must also comply with:

- Microsoft OAuth Terms: Microsoft API Terms of Use
- OpenAI Terms: OpenAI Terms of Use (for AI-powered features)
- Any other third-party services we integrate with
Violation of third-party terms may constitute a violation of this policy.
11. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Updates will be effective when posted, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the most recent changes.
Notification:
- Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification
- Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updates
- If you do not agree to updates, you must stop using the Service
